These guys do the job right and they get it done fast! We recently opened a brick and motor business in Valencia. Shortly after opening, we discovered that our general contractor had done a poor job installing the commercial sink and drain pipes in our dishwashing area. There were leaks causing problems for us and the neighboring unit. We reached out to Ace Drain, hoping we could get on their schedule within 1 to 2 days like most plumbers. Valerie was extremely helpful and provided great customer service over the phone. She recognized the urgency of our problem and notified Shane of our situation. He finished up the job they were on, then rushed over to our shop within hours. Then they quickly assessed the issue, provided a quote, and fixed everything before the end of day. We were amazed and relieved! Shane and his team understand how important it is for a business to be able to keep their doors open and keep customers coming through. Shane came out on a Saturday to unclog the kitchen sink. He got right to work, was very familiar with the pipe system in my complex and what type of snake would be required. Success!
